An online tool gives you access to assistance resources in different forms such as a workbook, audio and video tutorials or any other type of document containing exercises, insights and resources to assist you at the time of your choice wherever you are in the world. It is designed to be used independently without Synaxon Expansion’s direct guidance.
SITUATIONAL ASSESSMENTS
The situational assessment, commonly referred to as a “diagnostic”, is an awareness tool to assist you in bringing clarity to questions you may have. It is a representation at a specific point in time of the team’s perception and/or where you’re at with a project. It can take the form of an online questionnaire and individual online and/or in-person interviews. It is designed to be used independently or with direct guidance from Synaxon Expansion.

ONLINE PROGRAMS/WORKSHOPS
A workshop is a short “hands-on” group training versus a program or mentorship. It can be done in-house with the work team or through videoconferences where participants are invited to interact and experiment with the tools and techniques learned.
An online program is a group training that usually consists of a series of video conferences, accompanied by various downloadable files such as workbooks, interactive files or other documents. All you need is an internet connection to access it, regardless of where you are in the world.

PRIVATE OR GROUP CALLS
A private call can either be a phone or video conference call. It lasts from 60 to 90 minutes, depending on your choice, and the topic discussed will depend on your needs at the time. A group call is made up of several people who have followed the same program and who wish to continue the assistance past the end of the program. In both cases, it is direct assistance from Synaxon Expansion.
MENTORSHIPS
Mentorships can take different forms, depending on the specific context of each entrepreneur or company. They can take place within the company in the form of videoconference calls, workshops outside the company, online programs and give you access to the tools created by Synaxon Expansion. The duration varies from 3 to 12 months. We also offer customized mentorships. Contact us for more information.
