Workshops
Synaxon Expansion workshops create a space to reflect, experiment, and discover new ways of being and acting. Interactive and experiential, they combine discussions, exercises, and practical tools to foster greater awareness and choices that are more aligned with each individual’s reality and that of the organization.
Workshop Trilogy — Purpose, Culture & Alignment
This workshop trilogy helps clarify the organization’s purpose and organizational culture to create tangible alignment between the company’s intentions and the day-to-day experience of its teams.
These elements form the foundation of an aligned organization. When they are clear and shared, everyone can better understand the common direction, the contribution they can make, and how they can fully engage.
Purpose → Culture → Alignment → Contribution → Engagement → Full Potential → Prosperity
Everything is interconnected. Roles, responsibilities, decisions, and ways of collaborating can then be grounded in a shared foundation.
Through discussions and practical exercises, leaders and teams create — or revisit — an inspiring purpose and a tangible, coherent culture shared by all.
At the heart of the approach: a vibrant culture that comes to life every day through the team’s actions, relationships, and decisions.

Workshop — Dropping the Masks
Becoming aware of the masks that limit our ability to contribute fully and embrace Performing from Within.
In many organizations, performance still relies primarily on doing: doing more, moving faster, increasing control, and constantly adapting. To continue performing, many individuals unconsciously develop protective mechanisms to manage pressure, expectations, conflict, or uncertainty.
These mechanisms — which we call masks — can take nine forms: anger, fear, judgment, humor, avoidance, rationalization, sadness, facade, or shame.
They often allow us to keep moving forward, but they can also fuel unspoken tensions, encourage siloed work, and leave open loops unresolved. These situations drain team energy and slow the organization’s ability to evolve effectively.
Everything is interconnected. By gradually dropping our masks, we create more space for authenticity and for expressing our unique contribution. Relationships and collaboration become more fluid, decisions gain clarity and creativity, and performance requires less effort.
Awareness → Experimentation → Choice → Alignment → Contribution → Full Potential → Prosperity
Through role-playing and practical exercises, participants discover the nine masks, experience their effects firsthand, and leave with practical tools to begin letting go of their masks and make more conscious choices in how they show up and contribute.
