Hélène’s Biography
Hélène Savignac guides entrepreneurial leaders and their teams in creating that space of alignment where authenticity becomes a driver of engagement, collaboration and prosperity.
Who is Hélène?
Holding a bachelor's degree in finance and entrepreneurship as well as a master's degree in management science (HEC Montréal) focused on succession in family businesses, Hélène first worked as a manager before taking the helm of the third-generation family business and later taking part in its sale.
In 2002, she founded Synaxon — which became Synaxon Expansion in 2016 — and began guiding business leaders and families in business. Over the years, she came to recognize the limits of the traditional approach centered on performance at any cost, and chose to explore more human and innovative paths.
Mentored by exceptional experts, she developed the Performing from Within approach by letting go of the masks we wear in business — transforming masks into awareness, and awareness into expansion. She also trained at the HeartMath Institute, where she earned the title of Certified Trainer in the Resilience Advantage program.
