Workshops, Portraits, Mentorships, Service Agreements or Private Calls<\/strong><\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t

UNDERSTANDING<\/strong>
The client authorizes H\u00e9l\u00e8ne Savignac (\u201cH\u00e9l\u00e8ne\u201d) to create an appropriate environment in which the client may experience placing the human being at the heart of every project through the use of Heart Intelligence, and to share with the client the information that will support their highest expression at this time.The client understands that all information revealed to them during these sessions will be shared in accordance with their desire to gain a deeper understanding and integrate the expression of their highest potential. This information will also serve as a platform for moving forward with greater clarity and as a springboard for more easily manifesting what they desire, should they choose to do so.The client accepts full responsibility for the way in which they choose to use the information received during the sessions of a program, workshop, Situation Portrait, mentorship or private call. If the client chooses to share with others the information communicated to them during these sessions, they understand that they are responsible for the consequences arising from how the information is explained and interpreted. Furthermore, the client agrees to honour the experiences of the other participants by respecting their confidentiality.The client understands that H\u00e9l\u00e8ne will communicate with them authentically at all times, bringing clarity, fluidity and neutrality to the implementation and execution of the activities included in the programs, workshops, Situation Portraits, mentorships or private calls.The client understands that they are responsible for carrying out and completing these activities themselves.The client acknowledges that Synaxon Expansion offers no guarantee regarding the success of the client\u2019s business.The client may not transfer their rights and\/or obligations under these terms and conditions to anyone else.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL<\/strong>
The client has a right of withdrawal and may cancel this agreement within 48 hours of receipt of the first instalment, in the case of scheduled payments, or of the single payment made in full, in order to receive a refund of that payment.

PAYMENT DEFAULT<\/strong>
If the client fails to make one of the required payments according to the payment option selected at the time of purchase and fails to remedy the default within thirty (30) days of receiving an email notice to that effect, Synaxon Expansion may unilaterally terminate this agreement.In such an event, all amounts already paid shall remain the property of Synaxon Expansion, without prejudice to its right to claim any additional outstanding and unpaid amounts.

TERMINATION BY SYNAXON EXPANSION<\/strong>
If Synaxon Expansion is unable to provide the services set out herein for any reason whatsoever, it shall refund the value of the services paid for but not rendered, unless the inability to provide the services results directly from the client\u2019s conduct and\/or fault.If Synaxon Expansion is unable to fully carry out its mandate due to a lack of cooperation and\/or the absence of instructions from the client, Synaxon Expansion also reserves the right to terminate the agreement automatically and retain all amounts already paid.The client will then have a strict period of thirty (30) days to respond to the written notice of termination sent by Synaxon Expansion.

TERMINATION BY THE CLIENT<\/strong>The client may cancel their registration or terminate their agreement at any time by sending written notice to Synaxon Expansion. The agreement will be terminated, without further formality, upon receipt of the notice.If the client terminates this agreement before Synaxon Expansion has begun performing its principal obligation, the client, pursuant to the aforementioned right of withdrawal, will not be required to pay any fees or penalties.The registration or agreement will be terminated, without further formality, upon receipt of the notice. If the client terminates this agreement before Synaxon Expansion has begun performing its principal obligation, the client, pursuant to the aforementioned right of withdrawal, will not be required to pay any fees or penalties.If the performance of the registration or agreement has begun, the client may still cancel it; however, any expenses incurred, including those related to organizing and preparing the event and providing the services, will be deducted from the amounts received.However, if the client is a consumer within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act<\/em> and terminates the agreement after Synaxon Expansion has begun performing its principal obligation, the client will only be required to pay:(i) the price of the services that have already been provided, calculated at the rate stipulated in the agreement; and(ii) the lesser of the following two amounts: $50 or an amount representing no more than 10% of the price of the services that have not been provided.

SCHEDULING FOLLOWING A SERVICE AGREEMENT<\/strong>
Following the signing of a service agreement or mentorship agreement, proposed dates and times will be provided. The schedule must be established and approved by both parties within seven (7) business days following completion of the transaction in the online store.If the execution of the agreement or mentorship is delayed and the agreement or mentorship must be extended, an adjusted schedule will be provided for signature in order to bring clarity and harmonize the completion of the agreement or mentorship.Except in cases of force majeure, such as illness or death, dates confirmed in the schedule cannot be replaced and are non-refundable.

USE OF DEVICES TO RECORD OR FILM<\/strong>
The use of any device to record or film during programs, workshops, mentorships and events is strictly prohibited.
